How long will it take to begin In-Home Care services?

It is not unusual to assign a Caregiver the same day we receive the request for In-Home Care. Often, even the family is not aware of when the hospital or rehab will discharge the patient, so we do our best to meet your time frame. We would prefer a day or so, however that is not required.

What kind of In-Home Care services do you provide?

We assist our Seniors with all the activities of daily living. Our Caregivers assist our Seniors with Companionship, Laundry,
Light Housekeeping, Personal Care, Bathing, Errands, Doctors Appointments, Meal Preparation, Medication Reminders, Grocery Shopping and much more.

What areas of Pennsylvania do you serve?

Bux-Mont Home Care assists Seniors with In-Home Care primarily in Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware & Chester Counties. Bux-Mont Home Care is not a franchise, so we can provide In-Home Care assistance to Seniors without territory restrictions. Our Caregivers that Live-In with the Senior can really work just about anywhere.

Do you really have Caregivers that will "Live-In" with my parents?

We specialize in Live-In Senior Care. Bux-Mont Home Care has wonderful Caregivers that will Live-In with our clients for a day or so, or for weeks and months. Live-In Caregivers provide consistent care and 24 hour security and safety for the Senior as well as for their families. We offer a special Live-In rate that makes this option very affordable for those who qualify and need this type of In-Home Care.

Do you charge more for Home Care on weekends and overnights?

Bux-Mont Home Care, unlike other In-Home Care agencies, does not charge a higher rate just because it's the weekend. In-Home care does not stop on the weekends and neither do we. We also do not charge more for overnights.

What if I need the Caregiver to take my Mom to the doctors?

Our Caregivers can drive our clients to the Doctor's office and any other appointments that they may have. We require a valid driver's license, DMV Report and proof of the Caregivers Auto Insurance. In the event that the Caregiver uses their car, we will bill for mileage.

Will your Caregivers go into an Assisted Living Facility?

Bux-Mont Home Care assists Seniors in Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Homes and Rehabs. We supplement the Assistance that is offered in these facilities for clients that prefer or require more One- On-One Care.
